Dear Fatty Community

Unfortunately, current market conditions don’t allow us to launch the FATTY token with a high probability of meeting the high expectations of both the team and the community. Because of that, we’ve decided to wait for stronger market conditions - so the launch can have the maximum positive impact on the token, the product, user onboarding, and platform revenues (which ultimately support long-term token performance).

In the meantime, FatBot has improved dramatically (below you can review the main features already implemented), and as previously announced, you can expect these FatBot releases in the coming weeks:

• Perpetual Trading

• Multi-level referral system

• Introduction of FAT Index (on-chain Top Traders) + copy trading

• Fatty League launch

Since the remaining work is mainly focused on perpetual trading features and volume-based reward mechanics, we’ve already begun integrating trading groups and onboarding trading KOLs- so we’ll be fully prepared to launch our first user onboarding campaigns as soon as market conditions improve and start collecting real performance data at scale.

The team’s intention is to launch the best trading platform in the best possible market. We understand that many of you expected a different launch timeline - we did too - but since we’ve already sacrificed so much time, effort, and energy to build a great product, we can’t risk launching the Token under current conditions.

Yes, some of the biggest tokens don’t need a great product at launch - they need a great market. And yes, truly mature, fully completed projects can launch even in weaker market conditions. But we are still finalizing the product and the features currently in development, so we need to stay patient, keep building, and complete what we started.

Once the product is complete, we can start volume campaigns, onboard users, generate strong performance metrics, and then move forward with the TGE - with both token price impact and a real user adoption effect behind it.

MiCA Compliance

As MiCA, DORA, and other regulations continue to become stricter, we’ve already initiated the process of obtaining a MiCA license. We’re building FatBot for the long term, so regulation and compliance are something we take very seriously.

At the moment, we’re waiting for market stabilization and clear signals of a strong, bullish altcoin season. We’d love to give you a rock-solid TGE date, but unfortunately we can’t announce one yet.

We’re now entering the final stages of development (especially features related to perpetual trading). Once the final build is ready and the required licensing/regulatory steps are completed, if market conditions are still weak, we’re prepared to initiate a Community DAO vote - so the community can decide whether launching in a poor market makes sense or not.
