The current market conditions & lack of retail traders involved in the market don’t allow us to launch the FATTY token with a high probability of meeting the high expectations of the community. Because of that, we’ve decided to wait for stronger market conditions - so the launch can have the maximum positive impact on the token, the product, user onboarding, and platform revenues (which ultimately support long-term token performance).

The current market conditions and the lack of retail traders in the market do not allow us to launch the FATTY token with a high probability of meeting the community’s high expectations. Because of that, we have decided to wait for stronger market conditions, so the launch can have the maximum positive impact on the token, the product, user onboarding, and platform revenues, which ultimately support long-term token performance.

Besides the fact that the market is currently in poor condition, we also promised to listen to the community and take its opinion into account when deciding whether to wait for stronger market conditions or not. Through DAO voting, FATTY presale participants have the chance to share their opinion on this topic.

The DAO voting started on 22nd May, 2026 and will last for 6 weeks. **Votes will be counted based on the number of tokens held, not based on the number of individual token holders.** Only wallets with a balance below 16,666 tokens, or wallets that completed KYC during the Pre-TGE KYC Window, are eligible to vote.

To become eligible to claim Fatty tokens purchased through the official presale, wallets with over 16666 $FATTY tokens are required to complete the KYC verification. This is an AML requirement and cannot be waived. If requested by the relevant authorities or regulators, we are required to provide the necessary data in order to remain compliant with AML regulations. The KYC process is conducted through an official third-party integration with AMLBot, ensuring independent assessment of all KYC results.&#x20;

*If all requested documents are valid and genuine, KYC rejection is unlikely. Rejection may occur only in cases involving invalid or suspicious documents, incomplete information, or AML/compliance-related issues.*

Users who complete their KYC during this period will also not need to worry about waiting up to 48 hours for their KYC verification once the TGE claim period starts, and they will be able to claim their tokens immediately as soon as the claim opens. As the KYC process will remain open after the token claim for at least the entire vesting period, users who do not complete their KYC now will still be able to do so later.*

**The Daily Buy Limit specifies the number of buy transactions your Sniping 2.0 trading bot may execute within a 24-hour period.** Remember: trading bots automatically execute orders based on your settings, so your bot may execute zero transactions - or trade over 10,000 tokens in a single day, all depending on how strict your criteria are.

This behavior is normal and not a bug or malfunction.*

Each Pump.Fun and BONK.FUN token follows its own trajectory, and token prices often drop massively. **To prevent FatBot Sniping 2.0 from triggering a buy order during these dumps or rugs, you need to configure the Volume Proportion setup**. By ensuring buy volume is higher sell volume (and since all Pump.Fun tokens start from zero) you can be confident **this setting protects you from buying AFTER rug pulls when tokens are essentially dead** at their lowest market cap.

**Example:** If you set 65:35 setup, only tokens with **no more than 35%** sell volume are going to be purchased&#x20;

**MEANING:** FatBot will BUY tokens with very small sell volume, but will not buy tokens with sell volume exeeding 35% of total volume

## **#11 Transaction Ratio - IMPORTANT (SECURITY)**

**Don’t buy FAKED or non-organic charts, faked by devs/teams/creators**

Each Pump.Fun token follows its own trajectory, and sometimes, growth is manipulated by devs or creators via multiple buy transactions. These tokens may meet your criteria, but all volume comes from a single team or creator via multiple BUY transactions - setting up for a potential rug pull. **To prevent FatBot Sniping 2.0 from buying tokens with artificially inflated charts, select a minimum sell-to-buy transaction ratio (%). This ensures that any token you purchase has a sufficient number of sell transactions and is more or less organic!**

#### *RECOMMENDED 85:15 setup (or lower)* &#x20;

**EXAMPLE:** If you set the ratio to 85:15, only tokens with at least 15% sell transactions will be purchased. This setup prevents your bot from buying tokens that display an unnaturally one-sided (buy-only) chart, potentially driven only by the dev/team/creator to fake volume.

Each Pump.Fun and BONK.FUN token is associated with its own creator. While some creators are fraudulent, others are legitimate, experimenting, or highly active. The **Creator Activity Filter** enables you to filter and purchase tokens only from creators who have previously launched a number of tokens within your selected range.

**PRO TIP!** Want to purchase tokens exclusively from creators who have previously achieved **DEX listing, migration, or graduation** with their tokens? Simply enable the **Creator Success** filter in the Fat Shield settings!&#x20;

The Pump.fun environment is full of dangerous tokens, scams, and rug pulls. During the development of Sniping 2.0, we paid great attention to security features. Starting with a few, we’ve ended up with nine to date, with Fat Shield covering seven of them. Make sure you understand their meaning and function, as they can serve as blockers for buying certain tokens and as sell triggers for already purchased tokens when a security alert appears and FatBot automatically sells the detected risky token.

## #1 New Wallet Activity Filter (Fat Shield)&#x20;

**Long story short:** if a token is traded almost only by newly created wallets funded just moments ago, with virtually no involvement of organic wallets/old wallets/wallets with a lot of previous on-chain activity, a rug pull is highly probable. Why? Because those fresh wallets were likely created by the token’s creator, founder, team, or developers.

## #2 Wait Before Buying (Fat Shield)

Also, some devs are willing to rug the very first buyer/first buyers, even if the rug is worth only few USD. By activating this feature, FatBot will buy your tokens (if they meet all selected criteria and pass all security checks) not earlier than few minutes after the TGE.&#x20;

## #4 Suspicious Bundle Detection (Fat Shield)&#x20;

On-chain, this appears as a bundle buy (for example, 10 wallets each purchasing 1 SOL at the same time). Such activity is suspicious because it creates big concentration of holdings and **can lead to a rug pull: the dev/founder can execute a bundle sell to crash the price in a single transaction**, making it technically impossible for your Sniping 2.0 bot to execute your desired stop-loss due to Solana chain limitations. That’s why Suspicious Bundle Detection is needed - it lowers the risk of a planned dump/rug.

Aside all important information, you can for example to find: Number Of Launched Tokens By Creator, Creator Success (If the token Creator previously launched a token migrating/graduating to DEX), or if Advanced Security Reasons were active or inactive while the token BUY and SELL!&#x20;

**Examples & Explanations:**

* **If "Buy Creator Success" (Creator Success Filter while BUY order) shows "active"**\
  This means that the advanced Fat Shield filter has detected that the token was created by a creator who previously launched successfuly a token/tokens that migrated/graduated to a DEX.
* **If "Buy Suspicious Bundle Detection" (Suspicious Bundle Detection while BUY order) shows "inactive"**\
  This means that during the purchase, no suspicious bundle activity was recognized or detected on the purchased token while the purchase.

**If you choose these (or similar) criteria, Sniping 2.0 will constantly scan Pump.Fun for tokens matching all those parameters anyway - but since none exist, it won’t execute any buy orders.**&#x20;

13.1 The presale period for FATTY Token ($FATTY) will be from 4.7.24 .The exact start and end times will be specified on our official website.

#### 14. Eligibility

14.1 Participants must be at least 18 years old and must comply with all relevant laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. Residents of restricted jurisdictions are prohibited from participating.

#### 15. Token Sale

15.1 Allocation and Price
