ℹ️TGE Information

The last update: May 15, 2026

Dear Fatty Community

The current market conditions & lack of retail traders involved in the market don’t allow us to launch the FATTY token with a high probability of meeting the high expectations of the community. Because of that, we’ve decided to wait for stronger market conditions - so the launch can have the maximum positive impact on the token, the product, user onboarding, and platform revenues (which ultimately support long-term token performance).

In the meantime, FatBot has improved dramatically (below you can review the main features already implemented), and as previously announced, you can expect important updates in the coming days & weeks, related to:

  • DAO Voting

  • MiCA Compliance

  • FatBot mobile app (App Store, Google Play)

  • TGE

DAO Voting

The current market conditions and the lack of retail traders in the market do not allow us to launch the FATTY token with a high probability of meeting the community’s high expectations. Because of that, we have decided to wait for stronger market conditions, so the launch can have the maximum positive impact on the token, the product, user onboarding, and platform revenues, which ultimately support long-term token performance.

Besides the fact that the market is currently in poor condition, we also promised to listen to the community and take its opinion into account when deciding whether to wait for stronger market conditions or not. Through DAO voting, FATTY presale participants will have the chance to share their opinion on this topic.

The DAO voting will start in May 2026 and will last for 6 weeks. Votes will be counted based on the number of tokens held, not based on the number of individual token holders. Only wallets with a balance below 16,666 tokens, or wallets that completed KYC during the Pre-TGE KYC Window, will be eligible to vote.

Presale KYC

To become eligible to claim Fatty tokens purchased through the official presale, wallets with over 16666 $FATTY tokens are required to complete the KYC verification. This is an AML requirement and cannot be waived. If requested by the relevant authorities or regulators, we are required to provide the necessary data in order to remain compliant with AML regulations. The KYC process is conducted through an official third-party integration with AMLBot, ensuring independent assessment of all KYC results.

KYC Presale - FAQ

Where and when will the Presale Pre-TGE KYC Window take place?

Starts: April 7, 2026 Ends: May 15, 2026 Where: On the Fatty.io website

The end date may be extended by the team’s decision.

Who is required to complete KYC?

All presale wallets eligible to claim more than 16,666 $FATTY tokens (with a value exceeding 500 USD) are required to complete KYC.

Why is KYC required?

KYC is required to comply with AML regulations and to legally enable the claiming of tokens purchased during the presale. It is used to verify the identity and country of origin of each participant and to determine eligibility based on the applicable rules at the time of claim. The entire process is conducted by AMLBot, our independent third-party provider, and the team has no influence over the verification result.

Can I change my presale wallet to a different one?

No, this is not possible. You must complete your KYC with the same wallet you used to purchase in the presale.

Which countries are eligible for the KYC process?

All presale participants will be required to complete the KYC process in order to determine their country of origin. As we always follow the latest AML regulations, the final decision regarding country eligibility will be made once the claim date is known.

Why can’t presale participants request a refund?

Presale participants cannot request a refund: they already purchased their tokens during the presale. It has nothing to do with the KYC. The KYC process is a required step of the claim transaction and is legally necessary in order to claim Fatty tokens in compliance with AML regulations.

Can KYC be rejected? If so, what is the procedure, and in which cases can it happen?

If all requested documents are valid and genuine, KYC rejection is unlikely. The entire process is handled by AMLBot, our independent third-party partner, and the team has no influence over the submitted data or the final result. Rejection may occur only in cases involving invalid or suspicious documents, incomplete information, or AML/compliance-related issues.

What will happen to the tokens of presale participants who do not complete their KYC now?

This is the Pre-TGE KYC Window, designed to identify eligible wallets for the DAO voting that will take place after it ends. Users who complete their KYC during this period will also not need to worry about waiting up to 48 hours for their KYC verification once the TGE claim period starts, and they will be able to claim their tokens immediately as soon as the claim opens. As the KYC process will remain open after the token claim for at least the entire vesting period, users who do not complete their KYC now will still be able to do so later.

Starts: After the Pre-TGE KYC Window process is completed Ends: Wait for the official announcement Where: Fatty.io website Who: Presale participants with (if required) completed KYC Reason: To decide whether to proceed with the token launch (TGE) despite unfavorable market conditions

MiCA Compliance

As MiCA, DORA, and other regulations continue to become stricter, we’ve already initiated the process of MiCA compliance. We’re building FatBot for the long term, so regulation and compliance are something we take very seriously.
