Unfortunately, current market conditions don’t allow us to launch the FATTY token with a high probability of meeting the high expectations of both the team and the community. Because of that, we’ve decided to wait for stronger market conditions - so the launch can have the maximum positive impact on the token, the product, user onboarding, and platform revenues (which ultimately support long-term token performance).

Keep in mind: We have no ability to approve or influence the outcome of the KYC process on our side. Everything must go through an independent 3rd party solution.

To become eligible to claim Fatty tokens purchased through the official presale, users are required to complete KYC verification. This is an AML requirement and cannot be waived. If requested by the relevant authorities or regulators, we are required to provide the necessary data in order to remain compliant with AML regulations. The KYC process is conducted through an official third-party integration with AMLBot, ensuring independent assessment of all KYC results.

Keep in mind!

The team’s intention is to launch the best trading platform in the best possible market. We understand that many of you expected a different launch timeline - we did too - but since we’ve already sacrificed so much time, effort, and energy to build a great product, we can’t risk launching the Token under current conditions.

Yes, some of the biggest tokens don’t need a great product at launch - they need a great market. And yes, truly mature, fully completed projects can launch even in weaker market conditions. But we are still finalizing the product and the features currently in development, so we need to stay patient, keep building, and complete what we started.

Once the product is complete, we can start volume campaigns, onboard users, generate strong performance metrics, and then move forward with the TGE - with both token price impact and a real user adoption effect behind it.

As MiCA, DORA, and other regulations continue to become stricter, we’ve already initiated the process of obtaining a MiCA license. We’re building FatBot for the long term, so regulation and compliance are something we take very seriously.
